This Website is operated and owned by Earth Harvest.

Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply when you purchase products from Earth Harvest via this website. Earth Harvest is the exclusive distributor in Australia for Ice Swan glacial water products.

All images, logos, graphics, icons, text, videos and any other information contained within this website is Earth Harvest property or is licensed to Earth Harvest and is protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

Use, copying, republishing, downloading, broadcasting or transmitting of any images or information from this website is strictly prohibited, unless Earth Harvest authorizes in writing. The laws of Queensland, Australia govern this Agreement.

Earth Harvest may vary these terms and conditions at any time by posting amended terms on this website. The amended terms will automatically apply from the date of posting.

By placing an order with Earth Harvest, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and agree to be bound by them.

Earth Harvest is committed to providing all of our customers with unique and very high quality products, and believes we can achieve 100% customer satisfaction.

All customers will have the opportunity to review their order at any time while they are shopping and before checking out and proceeding with payment. Should there be any items out of stock, Earth Harvest will contact the buyer before we process the order.

During this communication, the buyer may agree, in writing, to create a back order or they may wish to cancel the order. Once the original payment amount has settled into the Earth Harvest bank account, the buyer must allow for 7 working days for the refund to be transferred back to the nominated bank account.

If upon delivery any product(s) present any failure, damaged packaging or the buyer is not entirely satisfied with the product(s), the buyer may request a refund given the goods are returned un-opened. The buyer agrees to pay all postage and handling fees for the return of the faulty product, and any taxes, including the Goods and Services Tax that may be applicable now or in the future.


Earth Harvest does not sell to overseas customers. If you are enquiring from another country, please feel free to email Earth Harvest and we will endeavour to assist your enquiry with the appropriate distributor for your country.

You may order water from Earth Harvest by complying with the directions on our website. All online purchase orders of water by the buyer will constitute an offer by you to purchase the products from Earth Harvest for the prices displayed on the website on the terms of this agreement.

Earth Harvest reserves the right to accept your order by sending you an invoice by electronic communication or acceptance by sms. Once your order has been accepted by Earth Harvest, the buyer cannot cancel or withdraw the order without Earth Harvest’s written consent.

All cancellations are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. The buyer is responsible for all return shipment costs including, but not limited to, postage fees, handlings fees and any applicable taxes on all cancelled orders when the order has left the warehouse and has been shipped. If the order has not left the warehouse, there will be no re-stocking fees.

The prices and details of all bottled water products are subject to availability. Ice Swan bottled water is an imported product, which depends on rates of exchange, therefore pricing is subject to change without prior notice on this website. But Earth Harvest will make its best effort to make sure all pricing and details on this website are up to date when ever possible.


Earth Harvest will, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement or refund if some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken, cracked or not fit for purchase when they are delivered. It is the buyer’s responsibility to send back all damaged product with tamper evident seals still in place.

Earth Harvest will refund the buyer within 7 working days after having received the bottles of water back into the Earth Harvest warehouse. The buyer is responsible for all shipment costs to Earth Harvest warehouse including, but not limited to, postage fees, handlings fees and any applicable taxes on all returned orders.

The following conditions for refund apply.

For cracked or broken bottles within a case, no bottles may be opened and must be returned with tamper evident seal intact.

Where possible, the remaining contents of the offending bottle must be returned. Photographs will be accepted as proof of delivery conditions but it does not guarantee refunds or exchanges until a full investigation has concluded.

Earth Harvest must be notified by email of the problem within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. Where refunds or return requests fall outside of this timeframe Earth Harvest will reserve the right to deal with each claim on a case by case basis.

Any bottled water sent back for refund or exchange must be in their original box and packaging, and securely packaged, to avoid any further breakages. Bottles that have been shipped back to Earth Harvest with a broken or cracked glass motive and that do not present effective protection during transport will not be considered for refund. Bottles must be packaged with sufficient standards to protect glass in transit.


Payment methods include PayPal and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). All orders will be processed only when full payment has been received into the Earth Harvest bank account. For payment with Paypal, orders are processed within 24 hours of notification.

For EFT payments, please allow for up to 3 working days for payments to settle. If the buyer pays via EFT, please make sure you include your order number in the subject line of the transfer to help speed up the delivery. PayPal automatically encrypts all sensitive information sent between your computer and their systems, ensuring your information is kept private. For further information regarding online purchasing security, please refer to Paypal website or your banking provider.


In no event shall Earth Harvest or any of the organisations that we represent, be liable to you or to any other person or entity in any way, whether arising under contract, tort or otherwise, for damages of any kind arising from the use of this website, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, lost revenue or profits, lost or damaged data or other commercial or economic loss, that result from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

If this limitation of liability provision shall be deemed unenforceable, either in whole or in part, then such parts as are unenforceable shall be deleted, the remaining parts shall remain in full force and effect and Earth Harvest’s liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
